How to get rid off pimples?

          There are many teens out there finding for the solution on pimple but not finding anything. They always try to find out the reasons behind that; but unfortunately they finds nothing. So, don't worry guys, I am here to help you.

   Reasons why you get more pimples?        

#1. Eating more oily food.

   If you are eating more oily food get more pimple because more oil in body is produced which makes your blood impure hence oil out from body in the form of pimples.

#2. Hormones.

   Yes improper balance is the main reason of pimples,our body is continuously produces varies types of hormones in male body produces testosterone hormone and in female oestrogen both hormones are responsible for secondary sexual characters.

    Teens don't too much worry about this,this is an natural as time passes they goes on decreasing on one day they all disappear.   
 Just control on your eating activities and diet. Sleep early and mostly rise up in between 4-5 am. Be aware that you are away from acidity which is one of the most common reason. Wash your face at least 5-6 times a day with cool water, remember never use hot water for face. Use face wash according to your face. It should be wet. Not dry or oily.

 #3. Consumption of less water!

          It can also be one of the main reasons' of getting pimple. If you drink less water it may be harmful to your skin. It increases your pimples rapidly. So try to drink at least 5-6 litres of water.
Which purifies the blood and pimple causing contents from the body through the urine. So, drink more water!

#4. Insufficient sleep.

       It is one of the major reasons for the pimples. As one stays awake for late night it causes to acidity which is very effective in case of pimple so try to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 5am. If possible sleep in day-time also. The human body has been created according to at least 7 hours of sleep out of which one should sleep in parts.

#5. Pollution.

      Because of pollution pimple increases rapidly. So try to apply some anti-pollutants. Which will save your skin from dirt and chemicals evolved in the gases. 

#6. Excessive use of  chemicals on face.

       Some people try to apply many chemicals on face if they get some pimple. Or someone gets his/her face get blackened they apply many chemicals which is very dangerous to skin which tends to grow the pimple rapidly. So use as less chemicals as possible.

 #7. Apply toothpaste.

    Toothpaste is very effective way to reduce the pimples. But remember one thing toothpaste should not be gel. It should be simple paste. Apply it on pimple, it absorbs all the heat from it and reduces its size. Apply at least for 5-6 hours.

#8. Use Honey!

        Honey is also effective in case of pimples. Use honey regularly for 3-4 weeks and apply on face for 1 hour.

#9. Vegetables.

   Eating more leafy vegetables also reduces the pimple. In our daily food instead of fast food one should consume food with leafy vegetable rich food. Which really effects the skin. Makes the skin glowing and moisturised.  

 #10. Daily Exercise 

         Daily exercise is very effective on pimples. If you exercise for half an hour daily the quantity of pimples will reduce by 70%. So always exercise.
